Fits RV, Rocket, Bell, Screaming Eagle and other tailwheels that use a
3/8" axle.
Bushings to fit a 1/2" axle size are also available, see dropdown box below.
These tires are approximately 6 ounces LIGHTER and much more durable than the standard Van's tailwheel tire. AND they won't sling grease like the Van's type tire!

Includes precision sealed bearings that give exceptional service. These no-mess, no-maintenance bearings won't throw grease like others do. Bearings are easily replaced in the rare event that they do wear out. See the separate product listing for bearing details and replacement instructions.
They also include hubcaps (hubcap use is optional as they do add some weight) for those who want that extra streamlined look.
Long wearing, yet soft, solid rubber tire gives good service life. You can expect this tire to last considerably longer than the stock Van's tire.
Service life should be hundreds of flight hours. We don't know... we haven't worn one out yet!
Order with confidence. There are several hundred of these on RVs and other homebuilts with no known problems. We have sold these for several years now. They are well proven on aircraft up to 2000+ pounds gross weight and landing speeds up to 60+ knots (for example my F1 Rocket).
