Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
Shipping calculations are calculated based on your shipping preferences, i.e. UPS, USPS, etc.

We recommend UPS or USPS for domestic shipping.  U.S. Postal Service does not provide detailed tracking and delivery information, but does still deliver on Saturdays.  USPS is, however, by far the least expensive option for most foreign shipments.

We reserve the right to correct any errors made by the shipping software.  This rarely happens and so far, whenever we've overridden a shipping charge, it has always resulted in a refund to the customer.

All charges must be paid in full prior to any item shipping.

Foreign shipments may be subject to duties, VATs, or other fees at the recipient's expense. Please be aware of them as they are out of our control. If you are in a foreign country (including Canada) and need special shipping arrangements, please just contact us.  We'll do whatever we can to make sure you get your shipment in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Refused shipments or failed attempted deliveries:  In the unusual circumstance that our shipper attempts a delivery and the shipment is refused or undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order.  You will receive a refund of your money LESS any shipping charges or other expenses we incur.  Custom orders may not be refundable and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Returns Policy:
All items manufactured by Flyboy Accessories or Screaming Eagle Accessories are guaranteed to meet your reasonable expectations with a very open ended return policy.

This means if you don't like it, 99% of the time just send it back for a refund of your purchase price, less any shipping charges. Please contact us first for a return authorization and other instructions.  

Worst Case Scenarios:

We have yet to resort to any nastiness in 7 years, however, in order to keep our prices low, we do reserve the right to do so in the following cases:

Sunglasses and leather jackets are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover cleaning, inspection, If needed. 

Scratched or worn sunglasses are not returnable.

Soiled (including odors), damaged, or worn jackets  may not be returned.

Clothing is not returnable if worn.  Period.  We can't sell stuff that smells like cigarette smoke, B.O. or nasty cologne. If you return on clothing, in worn condition, we will discard it.  Exchanges of clean, never worn items are certainly permitted.  However, to keep prices low, you must pay the shipping unless we made an error.

Custom made items, like t-shirts, or graphics are not returnable except in rare cases.  Please ask first.

In summary:

So, be reasonable, if you try to send something back and it's been worn, cut, ground, painted, rusted, abused, or simply sat on your shelf for 6 months because you couldn't find time to install it... well, you get the idea... we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to ensure it is correct. Steel parts, such as tailwheel forks, should be test fitted before you paint them. Some items are prepackaged. Please do not open them if you plan to return them.

Other manufacturers have their own warranty policies. For example, Vedalo HD has it's own warranty and repair instructions listed in the Site Map. This doesn't mean that Flyboy Accessories will leave you high and dry, just that we would assist you, if needed, to process any warranty claims/repairs covered under the manufacturer's specific warranty.

In summary, Flyboy Accessories will do whatever we can to make sure you are pleased with your purchases.  You must do your part also.
