DJM Manufacturing makes this lightweight alternative (25 ounces) to the much heavier Van’s tail wheel tire and hub (41ounces!). Precision sealed bearings eliminate any grease slinging onto the bottom of your rudder and keep the hub much more resistant to dirt accumulation. Not to mention, you save a full pound of weight.

- 65 durometer SBR rubber tire

I liked this new lightweight tail wheel so much that
I added the upgraded fork as well along with the stainless steel axel. Not only does it look great ,my RV7 taxis better and the takeoff roll seems more stable.
Needed a new tail wheel, fits and and finish as expected. Much lighter then the original Van’s type, and better looking.
Just as advertised, excellent product.
