Shipping Information

Flyboy Accessories ships Monday-Friday every week, following the business and holiday schedule of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Exceptions to this schedule (for example, when we are gone to Airventure or on vacation) will be clearly posted on the front page of the website.

Most orders ship via the USPS in accordance with the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping timelines quoted for Priority Mail services are not guaranteed, though they are usually accurate. Some orders may be eligible for UPS Ground shipping. If you need an expedited shipping option, please contact us. Be aware that our offices are in the Central Time Zone, which may have an impact on when an order goes out the door.

We endeavor to ship all orders within two business days of the order being placed, subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep the stock on the site up to date, but at times the site may not reflect accurate stock information.

In the event that an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you via email to relay information about restocking timelines or other pertinent information.

Some items, like Minimax Tugs and their accessories, may ship directly from the manufacturer or other third party and are subject to the shipping policies of the relevant entity. We will do our best to keep customers updated with any information pertaining to their shipments.

International Customers
Any item shipping from Flyboy Accessories to outside the U.S. will ship via United States Postal Service. Please be advised that service times quoted in the shipping estimate are typical, but not guaranteed. It is unfortunately not uncommon for international shipments to be inexplicably delayed at any point in the process for sometimes long periods of time. In every case in our experience, the parcel always shows up in the end, without explanation or apology from the carriers.

Unfortunately, Flyboy Accessories cannot be responsible for unexpected service delays on international shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes, duties, fees, VAT or other expenses incurred by the item in transit.

I wish it were not so, but the truth is that shipping internationally is expensive and less reliable than we would all like. The best way to get inexpensive, fast, and reliable shipping from Flyboy Accessories is to ship to a US domestic address.
