How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Flyboy LLC retains the right to deny refunds made on items returned after 30 days from date of delivery. In order to be eligible for refund, returned items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund after they are returned to us.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Refunds for items that are returned damaged or otherwise in unsaleable condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of Flyboy LLC.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
